RelayHealth Becomes AnswerStat Sponsor

RelayHealth Joins Five Other Industry Leaders in Sponsoring AnswerStat Magazine

Mattawan, Michigan, Jan 27, 2012 – AnswerStat magazine (www.answerstat.com), serving healthcare call centers and the telehealth industry, announced that RelayHealth is now a Silver Sponsor of AnswerStat magazine. RelayHealth joins the five other esteemed sponsors of AnswerStat, who as industry-leading organizations have put their stamp of approval on the mission and work of AnswerStat.

The six AnswerStat sponsors (listed alphabetically) are:

  • 1Call, a division of Amtelco

  • Carenet Healthcare Services

  • HealthLine Systems, Inc

  • LVM Systems, Inc.

  • RelayHealth

  • Startel

AnswerStat salutes these respected companies for their support and leadership in the healthcare contact center and telehealth industry.

AnswerStat first began offering sponsorship opportunities in 2008. The concept was to provide industry-leading organizations with premier advertising opportunities in print and online. “It took off quickly,” stated AnswerStat publisher, Peter DeHaan. “Four industry leaders jumped at the chance. Three of them have been sponsors ever since: LVM Systems, Inc., HealthLine Systems, and 1Call.” (The fourth remained a sponsor until they were acquired by a competitor.)

“We intentionally capped sponsorship at six,” added DeHaan, noting that there has recently been a waiting list of companies who want to sponsor the magazine. “Since each sponsor is given an exclusive two-page coverage in one issue of the magazine, it seemed logical to match the number of sponsors with the number of issues.” While AnswerStat may have been tempted to devise a way to add more sponsorship slots to meet demand, it has steadfastly declined to do so. However, there is also a special seventh sponsorship for the e-distribution of the magazine. The e-distribution accounts for about twenty percent of the US-based subscribers and all of the international readers. DeHaan hinted that an announcement in this area would soon be forthcoming.

About RelayHealth

RelayHealth provides connectivity solutions that make it easy for consumers and healthcare organizations to securely exchange information. In keeping with this objective, all of their solutions are designed to work on an open network for simple electronic system start-up or add-on solutions in the future. This goal is important for two reasons. First, it reflects their belief that a streamlined and healthy exchange of information is better for everyone touched by the nation’s healthcare system – from patient to payer and everyone in between. Second, it reflects who they are as a company and who they want to be.

About Healthcare Call Centers

The medical field is a fast-growing industry for which there is much demand and great potential. As a key element in the provision of quality medical care, healthcare call centers fill an important role in helping to enhance care and hold down costs. Healthcare call centers also aid in communication between patients and their medical practitioners, as well as facilitate effective communication between care providers. As a greater emphasis is placed on quality healthcare, there will be a corresponding need for medical providers to turn to healthcare call centers and telehealth to more effectively and efficiently serve the medical needs of patients and their families.
