The Transformation Project: A Word Weavers Anthology

A smart and satisfying compilation of memoirs, personal essays, and short stories, The Transformation Project is proudly published by West Michigan Word Weavers.

The book contains the written creations of eighteen Word Weavers members, with twenty-two readings celebrating the invigorating reality of transformation in all its various forms.

Included in this powerful anthology is “The Seven Transformations of Peter DeHaan,” a personal essay of spiritual transformation and personal growth.

“I’m honored to have my work included in this amazing book that explores transformation,” said Peter DeHaan. “The anthology showcases some of this area’s best writers.”

“I don’t want to give anything away, but my piece ends with a unique twist, so it’s a fitting thought to serve as the book’s concluding chapter. I’m pleased that my words are the finale for The Transformation Project.”

Other authors include Cindy Cleaver, Amy Mills, Deb Gardner Allard, Gerald Doctor, Dan Gray, Anna Moore Bradfield, Eugene K Koon, Delbert Teachout, Robin Walker, Dennis Snyder, Maria De Lugt Koesis, Diana Geisel, Nancy Bouwens, Linda Gordon, Teresa K Lasher, Sally Stap, and Darelene Lund.

The book includes a forward by Eva Marie Everson, president of Word Weavers International Inc. “Our entire lives are about transformation,” said Everson. She hopes that readers will use this book to consider their own transformations.

Also included is an introduction by Anna Moore Bradfield, president of West Michigan Word Weavers. “Transformation is inevitable,” added Bradfield. “Why not embrace it?”

And embrace it they did. Eighteen members wrote on the topic, providing twenty-two readings for the book.
