Peter DeHaan Publishing Inc was formed in 2001 by Peter DeHaan, President, when he bought Connections Magazine, which covers the call center industry.
In 2003 he launched AnswerStat for healthcare contact centers.
In 2009, he unveiled the e-publication TAS Trader to focus on the telephone answering service industry. Later that year, he introduced Medical Call Center News for medical call centers.
In 2017 Peter DeHaan formed the imprint Rock Rooster Books to publish his books.
In 2021, Peter merged his other book imprints, Spiritually Speaking Publishing and Advanced Call Center News, into Rock Rooster Books as the company’s sole imprint.
Book publishing is now the primary focus of Peter DeHaan Publishing.
